Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order vide in C.No.R2/5474/2018 dated:6.9.2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to hold retest for the petitioner in respect of the 100 meter running event and proceed with the same further in the Common Recruitment for the Post of Grade II Police Constables (Men, Women and Third Gender),Group II Jail Warden(Men and Women) and fireman for the year 2017 - 2018
