Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24 Rule (1)(2) of C.P.C, to Pleased to pass orders to withdraw the O.S.No.44 of 2017 on the file of the Honourable Family Court at Pondicherry and to transfer the same to the Honourable Family Court, Tiruchirapalli.
ORDER: This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court, and the requisition letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, vide in letter in D.No.140, dated 16.02.2019 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.AR.Rajasekaran,Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: By order dated 08.03.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of O.S.No.15 of 2018 along with M.C.No.87 of 2017, within a period of six months.
2.The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.140, dated 16.02.2019, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 08.03.2018.
3.There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. 4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 08.03.2018.
