O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.28 of 2013 from the file of the Sub Court, Pattukottai to the file of the Family Court, Trichy.

2. The petitioner, who is the husband, has filed this petition for transferring H.M.O.P.No.28 of 2013 from the Sub-Court, Pattukkottai to the Family Court, Trichy.

3.Since the H.M.O.P itself was filed in the year 2013 and the same is pending for more than 4 years, without any further progress, I am not inclined to allow this petition for transferring the case from the Sub-Court, Pattukkottai to the Family Court at Trichy. 4.In the result, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. However, the learned Sub-Judge, Pattukkottai is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.28 of 2013 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on day-to-day basis, without giving any adjournment to any parties.
