ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

2. The second respondent had given a complaint alleging that the petitioner had executed a sale deed for 1 acre 27 cents on the strength of a power of attorney which was only for 40 cents of land. Taking cognizance of the complaint, the first respondent issued notice, dated 23.12.2021. The petitioner did not put forth his entire defence before the first respondent. 3. When the case was taken up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that order is to be passed shortly. I am of the view without hearing the petitioner, it may not be proper on the part of the first respondent to pass final orders. The petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent on 13.06.2022 at 11.00 a.m and place all the materials that he has with him. The first respondent will look into the same and thereafter, pass final orders. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
