ORDER

The revision petitioner, who is the plaintiff in O.S.No.223 of 2015 on the file of the VI Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai, seeks speedy disposal of the suit.

2. The petitioner is a Madurai City Permanent Fund Limited. The petitioner has to submit its report to RBI.

3. Taking note of the special facts and circumstances obtaining in this case, this Court directs the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, to dispose of O.S.No.223 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
