ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.79 of 2004 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337, 304 I.P.C and Section 3 r/w 187 of MV Act, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.79 of 2004 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 16.05.2016.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this copy of the order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him.
