ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2022 in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the private respondents tried to grab the petitioner's property, he made a representation to the respondent police. Since the same has not been considered so far, he is before this court with this writ petition and hence, the learned counsel prays for appropriate direction.

4. Without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.04.2022 and pass appropriate 2/4

orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to both sides and the aggrieved parties, if any.
