ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2994 of 2026 dated 13.02.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul District, on the first working day of every English calendar month, for a period of three months. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
