extent of 13 Cents in Karaikudi, Sivagangai District till the final disposal of the revision pending before the DRO, Sivagangai in Receipt No.41011976 and O.S.No. 19/2025 on the file of the Honourable District Munsif Court, Karaikudi between the petitioners and the 2nd respondent, within the period stipulated by this Honourable court and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the above circumstances and thus render justice. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent not to entertain any document for Registration from the 2nd respondent or her men or agent in respect of the properties in Survey No.566/10 an extent of 5 Cents, Survey No.564/18 an extent of 11 1/2 Cents, Survey No. 566/16 an extent of 13 Cents, Survey No.566/11 an extent of 13 Cents in Karaikudi, Sivagangai District till the final disposal of the revision pending before the DRO, Sivagangai in Receipt No. 41011976 and O.S.No. 19/2025 on the file of the Honourable District Munsif Court, Karaikudi between the petitioners and the 2nd respondent, within the period stipulated by this Honourable court and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the above circumstances and thus render justice."

2. Heard Mr.M.Mohamed Sherbudeen, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner.

4. The case of the petitioners is that they do not want the 2nd respondent to deal with the subject property. In such circumstances, it is for the petitioners to approach the appropriate Civil Court and obtain an order of injunction in their favour. As far as objections are concerned, they can be considered only if and when the document is presented by the 2nd respondent.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- i. Objections made by the petitioners shall be considered if and when any document is presented by the 2nd respondent after issuing due notice to both the petitioners and the 2nd respondent. ii. If the petitioners wants to prevent the 2nd respondent from producing any documents for registration, it will be open for the petitioners to approach the Competent Civil Court in the manner known to law and it is for the Civil Court to take up the matter and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. iii. No costs.
