Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus, directing the third respondent to grant patta to the petitioner in respect of Natham Survey No.464/18 of Manapatty Hamlet, Thoothur Village, Ponnamaravathy Taluk, Pudukkottai District, based on the representation dated 07.08.2014 and 13.04.2015.

4. Perusal of both the representations would show that the petitioner has not stated, as to what is the extent of property, which is in her occupation for which she is seeking patta. Therefore the very https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representations made by the petitioner is bereft of material particulars and details and therefore there is no purpose in directing the third respondent to consider those representations.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the authorities concerned seeking for grant of patta with necessary particulars and details. If any such representation is made, it is for the authorities to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law. With this observation, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
