PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to confer permanent status on the petitioner with effect from 26.01.2003, i.e., from the date of completion of 480 days of service within 24 calender months, in terms of the order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.Aa2766/14, dated 19.07.2019 and also by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 26.12.2019 and 08.01.2021. These Writ Petitions have been filed for conferment of permanent status on the petitioners from the date of completion of 480 days of service within 24 calender months, in terms of the order passed by the respondents 3 and 2 vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Aa2766/14, dated 19.07.2019, Na.Ka.No.Aa13 14, dated 06.08.2019, Na.Ka.No.Aa 3123/14,

dated 20.06.2019, Na.Ka.No.Aa3272/14, dated 20.06.2019, Na.Ka.No.Aa3274/14, dated 20.06.2019 and Na.Ka.No.Aa3266/14 dated 12.07.2019 respectively and also by considering the representations of the petitioners.

3. In view of the earlier orders filed by the Transport Corporation passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)Nos.27374 of 2022 etc., batch, dated 14.02.2023, these Writ Petitions have become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. The respondents are directed to implement the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)Nos.27374 of 2022 etc., batch, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
