This petition is filed to register a case against the accused persons namely Kollappan and T.John Thangam, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 06.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 06.04.2016, proceedings under section 145 Cr.P.C have been initiated against the accused persons by registering FIR in Crime No.302 of 2016, dated 16.06.2016.
