ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is having some physical disability. By the impugned order, he has been transferred from Town Branch to Bypass Branch. The petitioner has filed this writ petition under the impression that he may be posted in the technical section.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel clarified that the petitioner will be posted only in the ticket and cash section. It is only in the administrative wing. Since the petitioner is not going to be posted in the technical wing, he cannot have grievance.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned standing counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
