Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.2936/A3/2014 dated 15.12.2014 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to absorb the petitioner as B.T.Assistant Tamil in the upgraded high school, Rasingapuram, Theni District with pay protection in the post of Middle School Headmaster to the petitioner.
