ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 06.07.2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 5(j) (ii) r/w 6 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.5 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.This Court has already dismissed the bail petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17984 of 2018, dated 10.10.2018. This is the second petition of the petitioner for grant of bail. There is absolutely no change of circumstances of this case. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
