Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents, to release the petitioner's vehicle i.e., Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No. TN-28-E -0463 seized by the third respondent on 16.07.2019 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2020.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks relief of the petition mentioned vehicle. It was seized in connection with illegal transportation of sand.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader draws my attention to the fact that the petitioner is having three previous cases of similar in nature and they are still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.9016 of 2020 4.Therefore, the third respondent is directed to file the final report at the earliest. The petition mentioned vehicle will also to be produced before the Court below at the earliest. It is for the petitioner to move the Court below for appropriate relief. Giving this liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
