This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking quashment of First Information Report in Crime No.267 of 2021, dated 29.09.2021 on the file of the first respondent as against the petitioner as illegal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, on the complaint given by the second respondent, investigation was conducted and Charge Sheet was filed through E.Filing No.LTN20220002699C202300007 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikuntam, on 12.12.2023.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further order is required to be passed in this petition. 2/4
