Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent and by consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to issue legal heir certificate to the petitioner in pursuant to the death of his daughter. Making such claim, the petitioner made an application on 28.09.2015. Therefore, it is for the respondent to consider the said application and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the said application and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
