Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2.The petitioner wanted issuance of No Objection Certificate by the second respondent.

4.The petitioner states that within two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, he will meet the second respondent and hand over the representation. The second respondent shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, thereafter. 5.Writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
