Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner had sought information about two of the teachers working in the fourth respondent School. The stand of the fourth respondent is that the information sought for has already been furnished. Yet, the petitioner is not satisfied with the same and contends that there are some discrepancies between the information provided to her and others. She has filed an appeal before the first respondent. The petitioner wants the said proceedings to be concluded. The first respondent is loaded with hundreds of applications. The first respondent has to necessarily follow the seniority. It is not possible for this Court to direct the first respondent to give preference to the petitioner's 2/4
application and conclude the same early. It is for the first respondent to take a call in the matter. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
