RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners/accused No.2,4,6 and 8 by this Hon'ble High Court in Crl.MP.(MD).No.2321 of 2021 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.312 of 2021 dated 17.03.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 28.03.2021 and the final report has been filed before the concerned Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioners are coolie workers and the third petitioner is a college student and also the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4064 of 2021 prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed.
