O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition for the following prayer:

"This Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 from constructing the E-Seva Centre at the Catchment area of village tank at Pandhanendhal Village Panchayat, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2015.."

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submitted that in respect of the very same dispute, already a civil suit has been filed by one Subramaniyan and Aarumugam in O.S.No.281 of 2015 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Aruppukkottai, wherein an interim order of injunction has also been granted. The said statement is recorded. 3.Since the matter is sub judice before the Civil Court, we cannot go into the same issue again. This Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Civil Court. No costs.
