Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.SANTHANAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 29.04.2021 and the investigation is not yet completed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is coolie worker and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, and also the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition only from 29.04.2021, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
