ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent herein to file the charge sheet in the above Crime No.17/2022 on his file before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the complainant in Crime No.17 of 2022 and now the grievance of the petitioner is that, even after lapse of one year, investigation has not been completed and final report is filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No.17 of 2022 and that the investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks four months time to complete the investigation and file final report before the Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to complete the 2/4

investigation and file a final report in Crime No.17 of 2022 before the Magistrate Court, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
