According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 12.05.2021 and the investigation is almost completed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is a daily wage employee and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. 4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
