This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing 1/4
direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 03.04.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that one Parthiban was arrested in Crime No.379 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC on the file of the 2nd respondent police and in the confession statement of Parthiban he implicated this petitioner also in respect of the above said case.
3. Sine the petitioner's name is disclosed in the confession statement, he has to co-operate with the respondent police for enquiry.
4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
