Seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry and to file the final report, in Crime No.264 of 2014, before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this criminal original petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that after investigation, the respondent Police has closed the case in Crime No.264 of 2014, as mistake of fact and filed the closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, on 04.07.2015. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed with

liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
