Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AYYANAR PREM KUMAR S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.

side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the surrender Court as to learned Judicial Magistrate, Gandarvakottai and Gandarvakottai Police Station instead of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy and Manachanallur Police Station in order dated 08.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2341 of 2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since there is a life threat, the petitioner is not in a position to comply with the condition imposed by this Court and thereby, he seeks for modifying the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions regularly. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 4.In view of the above fact that the petitioner has not complied with the direction imposed by this Court regularly, this

Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court, dated 08.03.2023.
