(Crime No.186/2015) .. Respondents PRAYER:Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in case in Crime No.186 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent within a stipulated time.

ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.186 of 2015 within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of one year from the date of registration of the case, the 2nd respondent did not take any efforts to file the final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed referring the case as mistake of fact on 05.11.2015 itself before the Court concerned. The said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submission of the learned Government Advocate is recorded. 5.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no notice has been served upon the petitioner by the Court below.

6.It is open to the petitioner to approach the Court below for getting copy of the report, even if no notice is served upon him. 7.With the above observation, this Criminal Original petition is closed.
