Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the lands in Survey No.442/2B, 442/5B of A.Vellodu Village, Dindigul District on considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2015 after serving due notice to the petitioner and nearby land owners.

Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent and by consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the lands in Survey No.442/2B, 442/5B of A.Vellodu Village, Dindigul District by considering her representation dated 04.05.2015. 4.The grievance of the petitioner is that even after a period of six months, her representation has not been considered and the respondent has not surveyed and demarcated the boundaries. Therefore, without going into other merits of the matter, I only direct the respondent to consider the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner dated 04.05.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after issuing due notice to the petitioner as well as the nearby land owners. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With this direction this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
