This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 based on petitioner's compliant dated 12.03.2025 to take immediate action against the respondents 3 to 6 who involved in job racketeering.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaint is under enquiry and the enquiry will be completed and disposed of within a period of one week. 3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.
