The petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to initiate action against the respondents 5 & 6 for running a Nursery School in the name of 'Kids Care Play School' at Plot No.412/B1, Railway Feeder Road, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District without proper approval.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent. 3.According to the petitioner, the respondents 5 and 6 are running the Nursery School without getting proper approval. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent submitted that the respondents 5 and 6 have already closed the School and the School is not functioning as on today. 5.Since the School is not functioning as on today, nothing remains for adjudication in this Writ Petition and hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
