ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.06.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 8c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c), 29(1) and 25 of NDPS Act in Cr.No.100 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Though this Court had granted bail to Pitchai Pandi in Crl.OP(MD) No.4433 of 2016 on 13.04.2016, this bail application of this Petitioner is dismissed on the ground that he has got previous Case and he has not passed the Second test laid down under Section 37 of NDPS Act. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to this Petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
