ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent to expeditiously complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.588 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation was completed and the matter was referred as "Mistake of Fact".

Fact", this petition is dismissed. The respondent police is directed to furnish the copy of the referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner, if the petitioner is not already served and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
