Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.

MANICKAM, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This Court directed the petitioner on 06.06.2018 itself, to pay a sum of Rs.2,50,000/-(Rupees two lakhs fifty thousand only). But till date, the petitioner has not paid the deposit amount.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner requested time to deposit the amount. At request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, time to deposit the amount is extended till 13.07.2018.
