ORDER

The petitioner has given a complaint seeking enquiry and to declare a settlement deed registered as document No.10790/2007 dated 07.12.2007 by the Sub Registrar (Joint-1),Madurai South as fraudulent.

2. It is stated that without proper title, the settlement deed was executed by the settlor. Let the District Registrar, Madurai South, examine the complaint given by the petitioner herein and examine whether the nature of complaint would come under the concept of fraud or whether the civil Court will have to be approached for necessary relief. Let an enquiry be conducted and let necessary orders be passed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since a direction is given to enquire into the complaint, a detailed examination of facts is not undertaken in the course of the order.
