O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 21.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that earlier the petitioner had sent a complaint to the respondent Police for the identical relief and the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Police closed the same after conducting due enquiry. However,

the petitioner has sent a complaint to the respondent Police once again for the same relief.

4. Under such circumstances, this Court is of the view that no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 21.03.2016. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
