Challenging the relieving order dated 29.01.2025 issued by the fourth respondent, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. A perusal of the record shows that the petitioner submitted his resignation letter on 30.12.2024, however, the grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not considered his attendance on 30.01.2025. Since the petitioner has himself admitted submitting the resignation on 30.12.2024, his prayer in this writ petition appears vague and misconceived. It is needless to state that if the petitioner is entitled to 2/5

any pending dues, including gratuity and leave encashment, he is at liberty to approach the competent authority to claim such benefits.

4. In view of the same, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 01.07.2025 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No PKN 3/5
