When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that investigation in this matter has been completed and the same was closed as "Mistake of Fact" and that RCS Notice has also been sent to the petitioner and he has also filed receipt of acknowledgment from the parties. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the complaint has been closed, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate protest petition before the concerned Magistrate Court and take further legal action as per law.
