The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on her complaint, dated 08.03.2016, investigate the same in accordance with law and file final report within a reasonable time.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that on the complaint, dated 08.03.2016, lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. 4. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
