O R D E R

The petitioner aggrieved by the one line rejection order passed by the 4th respondent on 12.02.2025, has preferred the present writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and I have gone through the records, including the order which is challenged in the present writ petition.

3. It is apparent from the reading of the impugned order that it is not only a non speaking order, but also passed without giving any fair opportunity to the writ petitioner to putforth his claims. Therefore, the impugned order is liable to be set aside.

4. In view of the above, the impugned order, dated 12.02.2025 is set aside and the matter is remitted to the 4th respondent for fresh consideration of the petitioners' application, on merits and after affording an opportunity by way of personal hearing to the writ petitioner. The order shall be passed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in line with the prevailing rules.
