3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that on 05.08.2015, the respondent Police has filed a charge sheet in Crime No.167 of 2015, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, but the same has not yet been taken on file.
