O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26.06.2018 and to grant permission on the basis of the petitioner's representation to conduct Adal Padal programme on 03.07.2018 from 07.00 P.M. to 10.00 P.M., at Koothadivayal Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.The petitioner has made a representation to the respondents to grant permission for conducting "Adal Padal" programme on 03.07.2018 from 7.00 p.m., to 10.00 p.m., at Koothadivayal Sri Ayyanar Temple Festival situated at Koothadivayal Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukottai District. Since the said representation has not been considered by the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The application seeking permission to conduct any cultural program with regard to temple festival shall be submitted only by the trustees of the Temple or the committee of the Vizha Kuzhuvinar or the organizers of the festival committee before the concerned respondent police. In the case on hand, the petitioner is the individual person of the said village. Therefore, the petition is liable to be dismissed as not maintainable in the light of the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.7911 of 2018, dated 12.04.2018. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
