There is no representation for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner's daughter namely, Rafaya Taslima to attend the third respondent school at 10th standard and consequently, direct the third respondent to attend the 10th Std Board Examination. 2.On instructions, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner's daughter was allowed to attend 10th standard in the third respondent school and she has also permitted to write the examination during the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

academic year 2013-2014 and therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
