ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 28.01.2011. Two children were born through the said marriage. Children are with the petitioner herein. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.75 of 2017 before the Principal Sub Court, Ambasamudiram seeking divorce. The petitioner is based in Kanyakumari. Therefore, it will be difficult to go over to Ambasamudiram and contest the proceedings there. Therefore, in the interest of justice, this Court withdraws H.M.O.P.No.75 of 2017 from the file of the Principal Sub Court, Ambasamudiram and transfers the same to the Principal Sub Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District. Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
