This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police herein to file a final report in Crime No. 460/2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Rajapalayam North Police Station, Viruhunagar District, dated 30.12.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the concerned Judicial Magistrate to take the final report on file, as per rules, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
