O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to permit the writ petitioner to work in the fourth respondent School continuously and to pay all eligible benefits to him.

2. The writ petitioner was aged about 56 years even at the time of filing of the present writ petition. Now, he would be aged around 60 years.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent that the writ petitioner is already retired from service.

4. In view of the above submission, the relief as such sought for by the writ petitioner to direct the respondents to permit him to work in the fourth respondent School cannot be granted. If at all any other grievance exists, it is left open to the writ petitioner to redress the same in the manner known to law.
