ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 506 (i) of the Indian Penal Code and seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the complaint, a case in Crime No.3 of 2016 under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 323, 406 and 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code and also under Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act has been registered as against the petitioners.

3. Recording the above statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to file fresh Anticipatory Bail.
