This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.434 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.58 of 2021 and the same is posted on 20.07.2021 for the appearance of the accused persons. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy appropriately before the appropriate forum by filing appropriate proceedings.
