ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as sole accused and she was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.03.2016 based on the non bailable warrant issued by the learned Sessions and District Judge, Ramanathapuram and hence, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody for more then 20 days. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the non bailable warrant issued the petitioner was arrested and objected for granting bail to the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
